We are a family of four (children 19, 15) and did two trekkings.
The first day we climbed the Bacia Peak that gave us amazing views over the beautiful surroundings. The walk itself was also a very nice experience.
The second day we visited the beautiful waterfalls of Posses and Santo Izidro. Both unique swim locations.
Zé Milton and Andrea are excellent and inspiring guides, but foremost they are very pleasant and kind hosts that made us feel welcome.
We stayed three nights at Pousada Recanto da Floresta. We felt very much at home during our stay thanks also to the generous hospitality and the great cookery of Rosalie. She makes delicious cakes, bolo’s, soup and extensive lunches.
